Jim has been a dedicated and profound educator throughout his life. As the former Dean of the Panuska College of Professional Studies at the University of Scranton, Vice President for Academic Affairs at Neumann College, Academic Dean and Professor of Education at College of Misericordia and Director Of Institutional Planning and Research at now Rowan University, Jim has achieved numerous accomplishments in the field of education that have helped to guide, grow and facilitate the lives of thousands of students.

As a well published author in the field of education, Jim has lectured and traveled the world in his mission to promote and promulgate the importance of service learning, assessment, research and creativity. He has been honored to assist in the development of a world-wide nonprofit creative problem solving organization while chairing and serving on several other nonprofit Boards. Now retired, Jim has authored and recently published a novel entitled The Story of the Red Suit and has two more novels ready for publication.
He is honored to have the opportunity to the lead the We R 3C, Inc. Board of Trustees in an effort to help the organization grow in a manner that will help all program participants learn the Meaning of Respect.
