How We R 3C, Inc. Aligns with Your Community
A community is a group of people that share a given quality. They can share a space, a belief, a workplace, or a common goal. A community can consist of as many as a million or more people and it can be as few as two. The We R 3C™ Program recognizes that each of us is a member in a number of communities–family, school, classroom, workplace, faith-based group, social service, club, youth organization, city, village–shifting and repopulating, as we move through our day, our life, our world.
Building Meaningful Relationships within the Educational Community
There are numerous communities that each of us interact with on a daily basis. Understanding those communities and the dynamics of each, is a step towards building meaningful relationships that will be rooted in caring, kindness and respect. The educational community is one of the more dynamic communities that we all have experienced at one time or another during our personal lifetime. There are several components that interact on a daily basis. This White Paper takes a brief look at four of them; Teacher Relationships with Students, Teacher Relationships with Parents, Teacher Relationships with the Community, and finally student relationships with students. In each of the four relationships, the White Paper points out how participation in the We R 3C™ Program builds meaningful relationships.
We R 3C™ Program Effectiveness
Educators have also reported that, after implementing the We R 3C™ Program, they observed significant improvement in the ways in which students value others; express compassion, empathy, appreciation, and admiration; and relate to each other.

Prompting Social Behavior
We R 3C™ Programs emanate from formal learning theory, are rooted in sound pedagogical practice, shaped by many years of relevant experience, and refined by the feedback of participants. Formal research on the outcomes of interventions designed to effect prosocial behavior in individuals, and thus their communities, comports with, and affirms the worth of We R 3C, Inc. programs.
What Jean Piaget and We R 3C, Inc. Have in Common
We R 3C, Inc. programs emanate from a clearly articulated theoretical context based in large measure on the research of psychologists who explore the ways by which children grow and learn about the world around them, and then learn to interact with others within their world.
